MorgansMakings Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MorgansMakings. I want you to feel confident before you buy, so please read the details below before purchasing a digital pattern or physical product.

Digital Patterns

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital sewing pattern sales are final.

Once a PDF pattern has been purchased and delivered, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind
  • You purchased the wrong pattern
  • You no longer need the pattern
  • You do not have the supplies needed
  • You expected a finished physical item instead of a digital pattern

Each digital pattern listing will clearly state that it is a PDF sewing pattern, not a finished product.

If you have trouble accessing your file, downloading your pattern, or understanding whether you received the correct item, please contact me at morgan.nolt2020@gmail.com and I’ll help you.

Physical Products

For physical handmade products, please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

I accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with any original packaging, if applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email me at morgan.nolt2020@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging, if damaged during shipping

I’ll review it and help make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital PDF patterns
  • Downloadable files
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used physical products
